Shaping the Future of Commercial Real Estate

The Public Policy Committee serves as the voice of the commercial real estate industry across Central Texas. This committee monitors legislative, regulatory, and municipal issues that impact development, investment, property operations, infrastructure, taxation, housing, and economic growth.

Committee members engage with elected officials, government staff, and community stakeholders to advocate for policies that support responsible development and a strong business environment.
